Alfredo was so knowledgeable and helpful!
I try hard not to leave 1 star reviews but they left such a bad impression (which I would never expect from a glasses/sunglasses store) so here I am. Read the other 1, 2 star reviews - those are the most accurate. Please work on your customer service skills and hire friendly people who actually enjoy working there and helping customers.
Alfredo was so kind, efficient, and helpful!! Will definitely visit again with my friends and family. Highly Recommend!
Alfredo was very helpful with getting me situated with the right glasses and made sure they fit great. Very much appreciated. I’d recommend speaking with him if youre not sure exactly what you’re looking for
Horrible attitude toward patients. Do not use that clinic.
