I came to receive my glasses and based on the site this store should be open on Tuesday until 7 PM, I was there at 6:10 and the door was closed but they were inside and didn’t allow me to take my glasses. Please edit your work hours on Google.
I've had nothing but great experiences with Dr. Cho at the Palo Alto LensCrafters. They're thorough, professional, and really take the time to explain everything during exams. Whether it's updating my prescription or helping pick out frames, Dr. Cho makes the process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend them if you're in the area!
Alfredo helped me swap new lenses into my shades when no one else could get the old lenses out, much appreciated!
