I chose this location because I expected a higher standard compared to other places. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations. First, in the pre-exam area, I noticed that the equipment had smudges on the small screen, and it was not clean. I pointed this out to the staff member present, and instead of addressing it herself, she simply handed me a tissue and expected me to clean it. I visited this LensCrafters several years ago and have since moved to the east coast. They have continued to email and call me constantly about setting up appointments. I have contacted them many times and asked to have my information deleted — which they assured me they have done. In the past two weeks alone I have received two emails from them (with no unsubscribe link). See attached.
Andrew was our sales representative. He was really knowledgeable and explained each aspect of my new glasses. Including the various types of lenses, and features available. He was friendly, worked calmly and professionally during a busy time in the store. We could see that Andrew was working mostly by himself but he still managed different peoples needs flawlessly. Thanks for the great customer service!
