Great experience with glasses
Amazing service! My glasses were missing a small screw and the guys was incredibly kind and attentive. He fixed them quickly, did a great job. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. Highly recommend this place. I’ll definitely come back!

Had a very off putting experience at this location which is rather shocking considering that it’s a flagship location. Alfredo was very off putting and rude the minute we walked in. Asked if we had an appt which I have no qualms with, it’s the manner in which he jumped up from behind his table as we walked in that I didnt appreciate. He exclaimed that he could not help us because they “are short staffed.” No problem we just wanted to browse and he’s says fine and then proceeds to lock the door behind us. Horrible phone service. I inquired about a specific brand and they weren’t very friendly. I said I would have a look on their website and they said ok and just hung up. Bad service.
