Came in for a glasses adjustment, and had an awesome experience! My glasses were not wearable before this, and Alfredo was super fast and skilled in fixing them.
This LensCrafters made me an eye appointment without my consent. And they will not let me cancel it, only reschedule. I’ve sent three emails and called twice. No callbacks or responses. Incredibly unprofessional and enraging. Apparently there’s a cancellation fee for the appointment I never made at a location I’ve never visited. I called a year ago about making an appointment but never went through with it. Now a year later I’m somehow automatically getting a follow up scheduled for my benefit. NOT HELPFUL.
A specific staff person here - Alfonso is incredibly rude. I purchased a pair of eyeglasses and Alfonso refused to give us a fresh new pair of frames, then refused to email me a receipt (saying that facility doesn’t exist when I was here literally 2 days ago and the female staff was able to email me the receipt just fine). We were chided for taking a long time to come to the cashier since it was close to closing time - even when it was the other staff person who requested us to wait while he attended another customer.
