One of the lens on my eyeglasses came loose the evening before a trip. I walked into the LensCrafters at University Ave in Palo Alto to see if they can fix it. Alfonso provided excellent service in reattaching the lens even though my eyeglasses was not purchased from that store originally. Thank you Alfonso, for being so helpful!
Terrible Experience — Very Disappointed I had a really bad experience at LensCrafters and felt I needed to share it. The customer service was awful. There was a gentleman working there who was extremely rude and unhelpful. From the moment I walked in, I didn’t feel welcomed or valued as a customer.
