I stopped by because my glasses broke and lost a screw, and I hadn’t even bought them from this store. Alfonso still helped fix them and cleaned my glasses, which I really appreciated. I’ll definitely get my next pair of glasses here!
I went in to see the meta raybans. The guy didn't even stand up from his seat to answer questions or show options
I had a very disappointing experience at the LensCrafters store in Palo Alto. The customer service, especially from the employee Angelica Romero, was extremely unhelpful and unfriendly. Instead of assisting me in resolving an issue with eyeglass frames that clearly had a defect, she did everything possible to shift the blame onto me, the customer. Love this location. It’s not what you’d expect from an Optometrist office at all, and I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone I dealt with answered my questions and were not overly pushy is any way. They immediately greeted me and asked if I had my prescription and offered to help me understand my vision benefits.
