Doctor Plug was god sent!!! She was extremely patient with my seven-year-old son that has ADHD. He was not having a good day, not cooperating the way he has in the past this was not his first exam. But probably the worst. I thought for sure the doctor was going to give up and ask us to leave. But no Doctor Plug kept trying different ways to get his eyes examined all while remaining calm like nothing was happening. She is excellent at her job !!! Very professional and with much experience. The staff was so helpful, especially Ben when picking out frames. Second time Ben has helped us out and we couldn't be happier with the service.
Have had very good experiences here on 2 separate visits. The first visit, Holli was so helpful. The second trip was Sunday with Ben and Heather. They were pleasantly professional. Ben gave great feedback on selections and made suggestions on eyewear. I liked his suggestions more than the ones I picked!! Great location.
