I have been in numerous time this year and have always had a great experience. Ben, Ashley, and Heather have all been helpful, patient, and kind. I am super indecisive and picky about glasses and they give honest feedback as I try on a gazillion pairs in the store. They also do a great job at pricing things out and ensuring that I am getting the best deal possible whether that is with my insurance or any promotions that they have going on. Definitely recommend this LensCrafters location for all of your glasses needs!!
Just finished up another visit to the Crocker Park store - Ben, Ashley, and Heather are so amazing and engaging. Thanks for making it another wonderful experience. I’ve been into the store three times this year, and along with my wife, I think we’ve purchased six pairs of prescription glasses & sunglasses.
