Store staff dealing is excellent, too much varieties, price is good, this is reason I m giving five stars.
I had a terrible experience here. I ordered my prescription glasses yesterday, and the staff, especially Masoudeh (just saw at the receipt name) , was so arrogant and made me feel uncomfortable. It felt like she didn’t even want to help me, and when I asked about lens options, she said, “Don’t put the Ray-Ban on the lenses because that is much more expensive for you??” So I always think twice if I’m gonna put it or No. And I feel that she said everything in such a rude tone. I went in the other day looking for new glasses for myself. Eunice welcomed me and assisted me in the process of finding the right pair. Usually, when shopping for glasses, it gets a little uncomfortable because some associates will try to oversell you something you don’t really need, but Eunice took the time to listen and find me the perfect pair. Thank you Eunice for your assistance that day!
I do not recommend LenCrafters for the following reasons: TERRIBLE IN-STORE CUSTOMER SERVICE In particular, by Mehrnaz. She works at the Guildford Town Centre location (10355 152 Street, Ste 2617 Surrey, B.C., Canada). Her behaviour was cold and arrogant. When I asked her to remove the gum that she was chomping on while she was speaking to me, she refused.
