The glasses appointment itself was great, but the follow up lacked. Garrett told me he made a note that id like my glasses shipped to my house once they arrived. He said they'd send me a text or an email to verify my address. I got notified that they received the glasses a few days ago but no one ever reached out from lenscrafters to verify. This was my first time buying prescription glasses, and Tealy Dupree, the store manager, made the experience pleasantly surprising. She is quite knowledgeable about the products, and handled my insurance and the rest of the transaction in a quick and professional manner. I left the store very happy and excited about my new glasses.
