Garrett and Tealy helped me pick out a few pairs of glasses and they were very attentive. They were very patient and ultimately I ended up being extremely satisfied because they made everything painless

I took a road trip to Hillsboro to buy a new car and side tracked to Portland on the way back but ripped my contact lens. I was not able see, to drive my new car home! I walked into this store, and their staff Garrett and Tealy stepped up, helped me locate my prescription back home and got me hooked up with a pair of lenses to get me home! I was there less than an hour. They were both absolutely amazing, super friendly and truly saved the day!!! Fantastic service! I wish I could give them 10 stars!!!! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I had a flight to catch and Garrett helped me not only fix my glasses but get set up with a brand new pair that fit with my frames and made sure everything was in my budget. They saved my vacation.
Tealy was so helpful and so sweet. She helped me purchase glasses that I’ve been looking at for months. The process was so quick and easy and she had it for me to pick up same day/next day. I absolutely loved her customer service and I hope to be working with her again in the future. Keep up the great work Tealy! Thank you again :) <3 (give her a raise lol)
