⭐️ I had a deeply disappointing experience. I received conflicting information about the prescription change policy, and the lack of clear, consistent communication was misleading and unacceptable. Despite raising the issue promptly and following the instructions I was given, the problem remains unresolved, leaving me responsible for the added cost of another eye doctor appointment. The manager’s response was unhelpful and failed to address my concerns professionally or provide a reasonable solution.

Lindsay was so helpful when I walked in to get my eyeglasses adjusted. I will definitely be back when I need to replace the lenses in my frame or have a need to get a new pair of frames!
