I had a really frustrating experience with LensCrafters. I purchased a pair of Prada eyeglasses and was clearly told at the time of purchase that they were running a promotion, come back within 30 days and get a second pair for 50% off. I specifically asked if I could get the exact same glasses again at that discount and was told yes. Fast forward a few weeks later, I go back expecting them to honor what I was told, and suddenly I’m told “Prada is excluded.” That was never mentioned during the original conversation. Very disappointed. Ordered new temples for my wingback sq frames. Was told I had to order 2 pairs for $66/pair; so I paid $132. Only 1 pair arrived and was told that was my full order. The screws they used to attach the new temples are too large(see pic). They stated the original Oakley screws disintegrate when removed from frame. The reps at store seemed not to have any ideas on how to solve issues properly, and instead blamed me for pointing out issues( Missing parts, screws too large). The staff is fantastic, always working hard and incredibly kind. They’re a great help, especially since I’m disabled.
John was very patient and made sure he understood my issue. He was very thorough and pleasant to work with.
