It's a LensCrafters in a mall - seems like every other from the outside. But when you get inside the service is excellent and Isiah makes you feel special and leave happy.
Ciara is awesome! I walked in wearing broken frames and she swapped my lenses into my new frames in no time. And she refused to charge me.
