My experience today at Lens Crafters retail store 0782 was extremely amazing! The customer service is always incredible and professional. Jessica had ordered replacement eye glasses and notified me that the glasses were ready. I was greeted by Jessica upon arriving at the store. Then she checked the fit of my new glasses and asked me how they felt. Once again, Lens Crafters exceeded my expectations by providing excellent customer service and support! Thank you Jessica.
I had a lovely shopping experience today 03/23 after I lost my old pair of prescription sunglasses. The staff were friendly and helpful, and both Jim and Jess (I believe that’s her name, it was a J and J team working today!) helped me pick out the perfect pair. Excellent customer service as always. So excited to pick up my new Ray-Bans, thank you!!
Pure incompetence at its best when trying to schedule an appointment and align insurance. Was referred by my insurance for eye exam here based on them being listed as an in-network providor and whomever does their billing treats is like we do not know. My insurance even offered to call them on my behalf, but by this time not getting my business. Just because Eye med shows up on your computer does not mean we do not have other coverage......!!!
Great service as usual. Prices can’t be beat
