We were in Massachusetts for a two week vacation. My son lost a contact lens. We went to the closest LensCrafters. We first spoke over the phone and confirmed we needed the prescription. We called our Dr at home, in Southern California. We had the prescription sent. We arrived at the store and additional information was required and a second call was made to our Dr. We made it clear that we needed to have it shipped to this store. Had a great experience today - Dr. Vo is personable and takes the time to get to know her clients. This is rare in this day and age, so I felt compelled to leave a rating/feedback, which I never do. The staff are super happy to help make your purchase (albeit expensive when you need script glasses and sunglasses) affordable. Thank you so much! Highly recommended!
Jim helped my wife and I pick out a new set of glasses and was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He provided a number of options for us and answered each of our questions well. Highly recommend.
Great eye Dr and assistant, but the people who work for lenscrafters had extremely horrible attitudes, manners, extremely judgemental, and way too angry for me to ignore. I know how to behave like a professional as well as a customer and saw absolutely no reason for this behavior, leaving me with the understanding of why they call those people Masshcolds or something...I noticed this attitude is extremely prevalent in that state. It should be the exception rather than the rule.
