Mary was great
I set up and appointment 2 weeks in advance and was notified only 2 days before the scheduled appointment that my appointment would need to be moved to a later time. Now I'm left scrambling to find a different Optometrist for that time slot. I can't move the appointment to a later time on that day because I still have to go to work after that appointment time.
Great experience. Kimberly was super helpful and had great customer service. She was able to get me a same day order even though I came in late.
Great staff.
Place was steady but not packed. Had to wait a few minutes even with an appointment, but nothing crazy. Frames feel good now, glad I finally got them
