By far the best customer service experience of my life. Kim went above and beyond to help me (who is located in Montreal) to get a replacement pair of glasses to my mother who is in a Sudbury nursing home. I cannot overstate how attuned, empathetic, and generous she was with her time. Thank you 100 times Kim!
Kim really helped me out. I was nervous going in not having bought a pair of glasses for myself in 5 years, but she was really patient with me, suggested styles based on what I told her, really friendly. She guided me to a section of the store that was in my budget and I had a good experience. Customer service was on point!
