Got my first pair of glasses and was very pleased, the lady who helped me was great, knowledgeable and very nice to deal with
The optometrist here was not thorough and when I came in for a new prescription last year, and also complained of itchy watery eyes she did not do a thorough examination. She dismissed my concerns and told me it was a side effect of my medication, despite me saying it wasn't... as ive been on the medication for a while with no side effects... she did not do a thorough examination. Very friendly
I’ve had wonderful experiences every time I’ve visited this location—except for my most recent visit yesterday. I went in because one of my lenses was starting to come out, though it wasn’t fully out yet. I asked if someone could take a look. When I handed my glasses to the employee at the front desk, she immediately pushed directly on the lens that was coming out. My glasses have floating lenses, which should never be pushed this way because they’re held together by wires at the top and bottom. Doing this can easily damage ... read more
