I had such a great experience at LensCrafters in the New Sudbury Center! Hernan and Jamie Lee were absolutely incredible, honestly above and beyond. They were so patient, helpful, and knowledgeable the entire time. My girls are pretty active, and they handled everything with so much patience and kindness, which we really appreciated. The optometrist here was not thorough and when I came in for a new prescription last year, and also complained of itchy watery eyes she did not do a thorough examination. She dismissed my concerns and told me it was a side effect of my medication, despite me saying it wasn't... as ive been on the medication for a while with no side effects... she did not do a thorough examination.
