Sales force are sympathetic and knowledgeable. I felt they were on my side.
On picking up my new glasses, I was disappointed. The employee did not help me in anyway. She didn't even check if the fit was okay.
Went on March 24 to get a new pair of glasses wanted to get 2 pairs and use my insurance and my wife’s insurance plan to purchase them and was told they can only bill the insurance company once as my wife and I have the same insurance company but different plan numbers and contracts. Was disappointed in that and don’t know if I’ll be back after picking up the 1 set I got
