I had a minor issue abit ago, but decided to contact them in regards to glasses with a glare and there manager, he was a really nice guy and fixed everything up perfect, wish I could remember his name.
Trinh went above and beyond to ensure that I got the sunglasses that I wanted after a stock issue and even provided a temporary solution in the meantime. Superb customer service. Thank you Trinh!
Both the ladies here were incredibly helpful, patient, and honestly, kind. I need glasses again after laser surgery (which is a mental struggle as well as a new change), and they were both SO amazing to work with. I feel confident in my decision, and am looking forward to my new glasses (which I never thought I'd say!)
Big shout out to all the girls in the Guelph branch. They are so professional with their passion and never got tired of my request for my glass. Thank you!
