I lost my glasses and needed new ones fast. I was able to see the optometrist next to the store and got a new pair of glasses within an hour. Amazing service and great staff!
Yen helped me with my purchase of a new pair of glasses. The customer service was great. She told me about the promotions, allowed me to browse freely and checked in occasionally in case assistance was needed. I was engaged in light conversation as I made my selections and she truly made the experience enjoyable!

I went to Lens Crafters in another city and they told me they could no longer get Meta Gen 1s. I was in Guelph so I went to this store to see if they could order the Meta Gen 1s and they had them in stock. Great service, happy and helpful.
