Second time shopping here and both left much to be desired. The first time I had to return during the busy Christmas holiday season because the person forgot to take my measurements. Then I called days later to ask if my glasses were in and they said yes -- were they ever planning to tell me? This past time, I was prompted to replace my current glasses with a new pair instead of doing what I wanted which was to replace the lenses because I had been told in the past they didn't make these frames anymore.
