This store is very disorganized. From the start I had a bad feeling as they are always short staffed and the wait to get service is not normal. Once we were attended to we asked about Meta Glasses. We were shown a few frames and selected one. We then paid for the frames and lenses and were told it would be 2 weeks if not sooner. I went conveniently next door for a check up and got a prescription which is extra of course. All in all we were at about $1k for a meta glasses. Great store with a wide selection of prescription glasses and sunglasses. The ambiance is very welcoming and the sale associates are very friendly. Spent quite some time to choose my glasses, and Aida was very patient and diligent with her recommendations. I was very happy with the glasses we chose together and the service. I will be coming back.
