My husband and I had such a great experience at LensCrafters thanks to Veronica! She was so friendly, patient, and knowledgeable while helping us pick out sunglasses. She gave us honest feedback, made the process enjoyable, and really took the time to make sure we both found the perfect pairs. We left feeling confident and happy with our choices. Ordered 2 pair of glasses and was told that an email will be sent for pick up. It was longer than anticipated and I had to call them only to find out that my glasses were ready for pick up. Their excuse was email was wrong. When placing order emailed was checked twice. If I have not called I would’ve not known that my glasses were ready. Terrible customer service and Will it recommend this store!
