Haena provided excellent service and fixed my Linda Farrow glasses while on my vacation. :)

Luba was amazing! She was very kind and patient throughout the process and gave me recommendations when I asked for advice. Overall it was a great experience! Highly recommend help from Luba and eye exam with Dr. Xu.
I visited this branch and waited for a long time for the staff member to be free. When we finally asked a few simple questions, she snapped at us and said, “I have a customer. Let me finish, and I will be with you,” in a very rude and dismissive tone. It was unprofessional, disrespectful, and made us feel completely unwelcome.
I had a very bad experience at this location. I had to visit three times just to try to clear out an insurance claim. The insurance company had assured me that it should be possible here, but the staff were not flexible and didn’t really try to help. In contrast, other locations were able to handle my claim quickly and without any hassle. Unfortunately, this branch wasted my time and left me disappointed.
