A young guy named Raj J., has been very helpful to me and my wife. He truly know his kraft in terms of the eye glasses that I needed according to my preference, it makes the whole experience easy and friendly. Also, Ana Kimia, who is also very knowledgeable. Thank you so much!
Had 2 lens destroyed at this location. Had a non-prescription lens created in prep of eye surgery. When I got the glasses back with the prescription lens reinstalled it looked like the image below. Also had a pair of sunglasses done and there are 2 major scratches right in the center where your eye is. When I reached out I was told I would need to pay for a new lens for the sunglasses even after I said I was willing to forget about the prescription lens being destroyed as my surgery isn't too far out. I came in today to have my glasses fixed as one of the screws had come loose; despite my failed efforts at home to fix them myself and from a very nice sales associate that tried to help after bringing them in. at one point i had 2 opticians both Raj and Neil working on a single pair at the same time!... it was quite comical to see how much struggle a singular tiny screw gave us however they managed to fix them in the end! 2 opticians; a whole bunch of tools and a crazy amount of patience had me leaving hapoy; thanks again! ... read more
