Overall my experience with Lenscrafters is somewhat mixed. The staff is courteous and helpful. It would be much nicer if the opticians would take the more time to explain various types of lens and the suitability of frame and lenses as each person has different needs. Most traditional and bifocal lenses do not suit the vision at night while driving. The customers are not well versed unless they do their own research on internet.
