Great service and glasses options! They immediately make your insurance claim on the ground so you don't have to pre-pay - you only pay the difference in coverage if there is one.
I visited today to get glasses and i had Wonderful experience with Mahdia
The eye exam itself was thorough and professional. However, the front desk service was very poor. The staff was impatient, and it took over an hour just to process my payment. Even though I presented my prescription and Manulife insurance documents upfront, the receptionist claimed she didn't know I had coverage. She took a long time trying to redo the billing, only to tell us after almost an hour of waiting that we had to submit the claim ourselves anyway. A complete waste of my time. Decided to go to another place.
