Poor service
Had a fantastic experience at this location! James was very helpful and answered all my questions. Just picked up my glasses and they're fantastic! 10/10 recommend, five stars!!!
The girls really helped me in selecting my frame , lense etc. They were really patience with me coz I had a hard time making a choice.
Was just browsing but tried on lots of pairs. Several great options. Staff was super kind and helpful but also gave me my time and distance to browse. Outaliane was lovely and helped me get a sense of cost and options.
I was underwhelmed and unimpressed by the service received during my recent visit. The process took a long time and my overall concerns were not addressed. In less than a year, I have had to replace my glasses twice due to the same defect. The glasses are by Coach and one letter keeps falling off in the same spot. Although, I have extended warranty coverage, I’m still paying a co-pay for this recurring issue.
