The staff is very knowledgeable and fixed my long term issue with the glasses. They say with me for 2 hours and tried everything and found the issue with my eye strain and fixed it unlike the Kitchener branch where they just blamed it on my prescription change despite having no issues with my old glasses with same prescription. Definitely would recommend this store.
