Service was exceptional. I was blessed to have Hitchel looking out for me for most of my experience, at Lens Crafters. There were also several calls I made to the store and received a few as well, everyone is the staff was wonderful to deal with. I did have a bad reaction to one of the staff's cologne. It was extremely overwhelmingly strong smelling. I ended up with a bad headache after only a few seconds of being in the store.
I had a great experience while choosing my new 2 pairs of glasses with the Lab Manager, Stephanie. She was professional, friendly and super helpful. We really appreciated her.
One of the best in the city, I visit there today, one of my glass frame is bend and the other ones lence is came out from the frame because it’s supporting plastic thread is broken. The ladies are there is Carolin and Hitchel, help me without any charge. Thanks for your help. Your customer service is outstanding really appreciated 🙏🏼😎
