What a pleasant experience, staff was able to show me options perfect for my face and hair color. Very knowledgeable in regards to the products to help me choose the best lenses.
Vanessa was fantastic to deal with, friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond to make everything easy and stress-free. I really appreciated her professionalism and support. Highly recommend working with her!
Friendly, knowledge staff. The buying experience was easy and when I recently had a warrantable issue with my lenses, the process couldn't have went smoother.
The service I received from the individual helping me was exceptional. She was very great to speak with. This review does not in anyway reflect her great service. However my 3 stars reflects the timing in which I was told I would receive my newly purchased glasses. I was given a timeframe of a week, and then when I went in on the day I was then told the box with my glasses was held up at UPS headquarters in Red Deer. I had such a great experience at LensCrafters in Bower Mall! Chrissy and Marnie (I think Marnie!) were both amazing! I especially connected with Chrissy. She listened to my stories with so much excitement and enthusiasm, which made the whole experience feel really personal and fun. I found my glasses in about two minutes, and it was just a really positive and welcoming vibe the whole time.
