This is the third or fourth time I have been to this location. I have been a long long time customer at Lens Crafters going back to 2012 or so. I have been to stores in Victoria, Nanaimo, and now Red Deer, and every store I have ever been to has provided excellent customer service and incredibly quick turnaround time for my frames and lenses. What a wonderful experience we had today at LensCrafters in Bowermall. Crissy is so wonderful to deal with. Got a new pair glasses as a whole, lots of laughs with this wonderful lady. Also had a pair of broken ones, Marnie stepped in with her magic and helped us repair them temporarily. What a great bunch of ladies. Thank you so much!
