I had fantastic service today at LensCrafters in the Cataraqui Mall. I was looking to purchase a screw to repair a cheap pair of sunglasses (bought elsewhere), and a nice lady from the lab happily replaced the missing screw FREE of CHARGE! It's rare to experience such friendly, helpful service! I will definitely be heading to this store when I update my prescription glasses. Thank you!
Suhua was awesome, her professionalism, patience and help/opinion selecting frames and lenses was so appreciated. Place was crazy busy but I did not feel rushed at all, very welcoming experience
