I came in with broken frames that I had purchased at LensCrafters in 2019 in the off chance that LensCrafters may still sell those frames. Helena not only managed to find the exact frames, she transferred the lens' from my broken frames into the new ones - all in about 15 minutes. Amazing service from Helena! Above and beyond what we thought would be possible!
My Dad and I were there to have our eyes checked and purchased new glasses. The service we received was excellent and everyone there was polite, and helpful especially a girl named Mackenzie. I highly recommend. The funny thing is we we’re supposed to go to Specsaver and seeing they didn’t have doctors available they recommended Lens Crafter well there lost for Specsavers.
