Very well equiped and extremely knowledgable. They gave a thorough examination and were very happy to give as much of an explanation as needed to address any concerns.
A fantastic eyeglass experience. We had a pair of broken frames that they replaced on site in a matter of minutes. They were amazing, found some reasonable pricing deals for me, and even explained to my daughter the entire frame replacement process. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes. Absolutely fantastic!
I had a very good experience at LensCrafters. Dr. Colleens Brown was extremely helpful and made sure my eyes were properly checked during the exam, and even after I received my glasses, she took the time to make sure they were comfortable for my eyes.
