I’m disappointed with the customer service I received at LensCrafters. I picked up my prescription sunglasses today, only to realize that the original lenses were not returned to me. When I asked about this, the staff member I spoke to named Hailey, was not helpful at all. She simply said there was nothing she could do and made no effort to resolve the issue.
