The staff was so nice when I bought my glasses. However, I came to receive my glasses for 5 minutes service , they ignored me and no one is asking why you are standing there so frustrated. The store was not busy though.
Walked in to see if we could leave my husbands glasses to be fixed as my son broke them. Hadi took us right away, fixed them on the spot and charged us nothing. Great service, super friendly, always happy with our visits to this LensCrafters
I just casually went to change a nosepad for my glass, they greeted me in a pleasant manner changed the nosepad in a quick time. They suggested and provided some suggestions about my old frames and glasses. They are doing excellent Service and great support to the customers. They are very friendly to everyone.
