Great as always!
I walked in with a missing nose pad on my glasses. Not having bought glasses there, i was hesitant to ask for help but they happily gave me a new pad and shined my lenses up, all for free. Friendly and fast service with a smile!
Always had luck here in the past but today Gary changed that. What a rude person. I was with an agent looking at a few options of Burberry glasses and Oakley sunglasses and another person that was browsing earlier came back. Gary instructed the helpful young lady to leave me alone the go to them. No soft transfer no more explanation just me left standing there waiting to buy glasses.
