I just got another pair of glasses and was treated very well. I will only go here for my glasses Older review: I was provided outstanding service today by a long term expert named Summer today in trying to find the right glasses. She was incredibly helpful as it's sometimes hard to pick with all the options. I will for now on always work with her and she is so much fun! I came in to get some glasses adjusted … the risk was high to break the frames in doing this adjustment. Trish did an excellent job repairing my glasses and highly recommend her! The manager was also very nice and helpful in general answering all my questions about my he process of purchasing new frames.

I received tremendous service at my local LensCrafters store today 3/12 at 1364 Worcester Rd in Natick MA. The young lady was particularly attuned to my individual needs didn’t waste any time finding solutions to my problems. Very Much Appreciated. Likewise, the gentleman had me fitted and my glasses ready in under an hour. Fantastic!
