I truly appreciate the doctors at this practice—they are professional, knowledgeable, and provide excellent care. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk staff has been “consistently”disappointing. On my most recent visit, the receptionist was particularly rude and unwelcoming. I attempted to exchange a box of contact lenses for a different prescription, which my doctor had advised me to do. Excellent Experience. Assistance from Nadine was top class, knowledgeable about all aspects of the products and helpful in getting me the best outcome. In Summary My wife and I visited to check out new glasses and ended up buying Prescription Sun and Distance Polo glasses.
Nadine and other staff were very helpful, as always, and gracious about my need to change my glasses - because my eyes had changed. I really appreciate their consideration.
Great store and wonderful staff! Especially Nadine.
