I had a great experience today at Lenscrafters. Nadine and Michaela, the optician, were amazing. They were patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. I am beyond grateful!
Trish always helped my spouse with his prescription and he’s been very happy with her work. I had a pair of sunglasses that needed fitting. They were not purchased at Lens Crafters so was not sure if she could help. She went right to work assessing and shaping them. I am so pleased with their perfect fit and gracious hospitality to help me!
My overall experience with the LensCrafters store at 1364 Worcester Street, Natick, MA was very positive. The store personnel that I came in contact with were all very helpful and knowledgeable. I was particularly impressed with the patience, courtesy and perseverance of the Store Market Manager, Kevin Lee, who spent well over an hour during the course of several days trying to solve an insurance problem regarding my purchase. I plan to return to that store to buy a second pair of glasses.
I came in with an emergency. A lens in my glasses (that I got elsewhere) kept popping out while I was driving! I rushed in on my lunch break and Henry saved the day. He was able to find a new screw that fit and didn’t charge me a dime. I will definitely be back here for future lenses and so appreciate Henry and his team’s help!
Henry was awesome…. Did a thorough job and made some excellent recommendations!!
