I recently purchased a pair of glasses from the Natick LensCrafters on Worcester Rd. and later decided to return them within the 30 day policy. The return itself wasn’t an issue, but the customer service experience left me disappointed. Poor service. There was lady who said lenscraft coupons work and when I was paying asked to add coupons, she is like no it works only for special lenses. This was first lie/ bad experience I had then when I came to collect the glasses. I waited 2 hours to just collect glasses which I already paid money. When I entered to collect I was told someone will come attend you soon. No one came to attend for more than 15 mins. I went to ask then they told me it will take few min someone come get you.
