Terrible experience at this location. First, the staff is not trained on how to use their system used to place orders for glasses. The older white lady working there refused to train people on how to use the system. Thus, it took almost two hours to place an order for one prescription pair of sunglasses and one non prescription pair of sunglasses. Marvel was soooo Amazing, kind, and knowledge! I got my prescription next door and she came over personally to get me to bring me into LensCrafters and help me fill my prescription. As soon as I entered the 2 other staff also greeted me warmly! I would most definitely recommend this location
