After over a decade as a loyal customer spending over $1,500 annually on prescription glasses at LensCrafters, I’ve experienced the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. In October 2024, I visited the Galleria Dallas location to replace a damaged pair of glasses under warranty (purchased just a month earlier).
