Awesome awesome ! Carolyn is the best team leader, she helps me a lot, repire my eyeglasses, and replace a new pad for my eyeglass, and everyone here is so niceeeeeeeeee, I do really appreciate your guys help, Do strongly recommend this place for your eyeglasses destination.
Amazing service! It was time for me to get some new glasses. Had an appointment next door for my eye testing and was able to come next door to check out some glasses. Kassidy meet and brought me over to the LensCrafters to check out some new glasses. Was such a great experience. She was able to help me and inform me through the whole process and not at any time did I feel like she was trying to sell me anything extra.
I just moved back from Montana and my glasses broke and Carolyn at lens crafter was amazing. She fixed them right up with no questions or concerns. I really recommend her and all the other staff at this location! Definitely will be back for a new pair soon!
I finally received a message that the store wanted me to stop back in and that they wanted to resolve the issue that I was having w/ my glasses. Britney greeted me, she took some measurements and sent the glasses to replace the lenses. Received my glasses yesterday evening and loving them now, thanks to Britney and LensCrafters !
Stopped into the store needing assistance and Kassidy was very helpful. She was friendly and resolved my issue! Thanks Lena Crafters for hiring people like her to care for your customers.
