My in store experience was Great! Marvel was so kind and genuine in helping me find and choose the perfect frames and kind of lenses I was looking to purchase. Service over the weekend is poor.
Place has went downhill and quick. Went from being friendly and personable. It’s unfortunate as the employees seem like they are handcuffed. The manager flat lied to me over the phone. Telling me the manager wasn’t in. Then when I arrived 3 minutes later somehow she was. All I wanted to do was order some glasses over the phone and give them a card number for them. I’ve done this plenty of times in the past. Nope can’t do it. Ok will you email my numbers so I can get them elsewhere. Nope it’s illegal. So my doctor can email m... read more
