I had an excellent experience with LensCrafters handling the warranty return for my Ray-Ban Meta prescription glasses. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free from start to finish. I had the best experience getting my new glasses. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the store manager. She was so friendly and helpful. She worked with me the whole time to be sure I found the perfect glasses.
