I had a great experience purchasing my eyeglasses and lenses. Carolyn was very helpful and addressed all of my questions very patiently. She was very helpful during the entire process.
Before letting go of the door to Cypress Optometry…I was approached by an employee at Lens Crafters…. I felt forced into the sale when the elderly sales lady repeatedly explained “the cheaper glasses u can afford are over there” … her comments put me in a corner where I felt a purchase would make her hush…Upon walking out I rehashed the convo and immediately requested a refund of both frames I bought for me and my lady! Stopped in to get some glasses adjusted that were sliding. Carolyn Kochak was so helpful and took care of me right away. Lots of cute frames too! Thanks for your assistance.
