I had a wonderful experience at LensCrafters, and I especially want to recognize Carlos for his outstanding customer service. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely took the time to make sure I understood all of my options without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. Leslie was especially wonderful during my recent visit. She was helpful in selecting the right glasses, had such a positive attitude, and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Her kindness and genuine willingness to help really stood out.
