I ordered new glasses from this location and was met by store market manager Leslie Dan. She was the top notch professional that understood my needs and put together a package that will assist me in my daily adventures. She is a delight to work with and made me comfortable throughout the entire experience. I highly recommend Leslie and her team!
Walking in was instantly greeted With wonderful kindness from a wonderful lady, who was very patient with me and was able to give very valuable information. My overall experience with this establishment was very well and I certainly would give it a 10 out of 10. Very welcoming atmosphere, Very clean, and friendly! I highly recommend anyone who needs to purchase any type of eye glasses to go see Marvel at LenCrafters in Cypress. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, extremely polite,and her customer Service definitely far exceeded my expectations. Because of her, I will forever be a loyal customer. I am sending my husband as soon as possible to go get his next pair of glasses.
We went in to get my daughter’s glasses tightened and a new nose piece. David was absolutely wonderful. He went above and beyond and actually took care of my glasses as well! Absolutely recommend this place and will be coming back with my new prescription!
