I was on vacation from Wisconsin when the frames on my glasses broke. I had to tape it together so I could wear them. I took them to LensCrafters in Foley, AL to see if they could somehow fix them so I could get through the rest of my vacation. The customer service guy took them, repaired them within 5 min and gave them back to me at no charge. I was SO grateful I could have hugged him.
