I made an in store purchase of new frames and lenses on 8/15/2020 with a promised delivery within 2 weeks. I called the store to follow up on 8/29/2020 and spoke with an associate named Ryan. Ryan gave me 3 different answers in 3 sentences. He told me my ordered was shipped but not received and then not shipped. When I questioned him on the contradictions in his answers he became belligerent and testy and answered that the order was shipped and not received. The store is closed due to the coronavirus pandemic with no one answering the phone or notice of when they may be open as of 3/18. Understandable however, I placed an order with them for lens on March 1st but never received the lens or a call to notify me of the status of my order or that they were closing while my order still wasn’t fulfilled. Well if they give you a partial refund and then have to do another refund they need your card, even though they did a partial refund over the phone. They also can not make black sunglass lenses , they can only do dark gray.

The screw came out, that holds the earpiece on. It took an hour and a half for them to fix it! When I went to have my prescription filled, I expected my glasses the same day, but No! They no longer have a lab onsite. So...I paid premium prices for what? To wait 2 weeks for them? I am DONE with them. They are no longer professional.

The receptionist was so rude to me. Calling me sweetheart in a condescending way telling me that I was not a doctor and couldn't make a decision for my own eyes..once my contacts get to my home. I will never return there again! So disgusted with the disrespect.

I am extremely disappointment with the lack of service my family has received from LensCrafters these last couple of months. After being a customer for over 25 years, you decided not to cal back or respond to letters after glasses became defective after 8 months. You would think that after being such a loyal customer that someone would try and help, but no. The lack of care you have given us is disrespectful and I will never buy another product from your stores or recommend you.

Needed new glasses that day. They were respectful of my budget and didn't try to sell me frames outside of my price range. Even better they had the frames in stock and had my new glasses ready in an hour!!
