I ordered prescription eyeglasses on June 1st and waited over three weeks with no proactive communication from the store. Every time I called I was simply told “the lab is still working on them.” Only after escalating to corporate and filing a BBB complaint did I learn that the lab had found a defect and had to remake the entire order. While I appreciate that quality is important, the lack of communication throughout this process was unacceptable. Still waiting for my glasses as of this writing. No updates and no phone calls... read more
