At first, I was hesitant with filling the prescription for new lenses at Lens Crafters, but the final product was impressive and better than the Costco brand optics. Higher quality lenses are worth it, in particularly - the store manager: Peter was an expert in offering choices.
The optometrist, Nicole, is amazing!! 11/10. I’ve always struggled with glasses slipping or not fully covering the top part of my visual field, and she took the time to walk me through how a different style of frames could fit my face better and improve my vision. She was incredibly friendly and professional, struck the perfect balance between being genuinely helpful and letting my sister and I browse options - she was never pushy/sales-y. I’ll definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family!
My experience was great everyone was friendly and helpful, and shout out to my fellow nerd Heidy, who took the time to help me find the frames that I like get set up with all the trims
My 13-year-old daughter was having some vision issues, and even though she had an eye exam back in January, I called the office and spoke with Dr. Rocha about what was going on. They got us in the same day! Dr. Rocha was kind, explained our insurance options clearly, and mentioned that as kids grow, their eyes can change too so it was a good thing we came in when we did.
