I hope noone ever go to this store. People work there are lier. I had been buy glasses with lenscrafter over 10 year im pretty sure i know very well the policy. But these people would make up excuse and make up their own policy. I bought a pair glasses and it had accident insurance. Somehow today had it accidentally broken. Brought back for insurance and they try give me hard time with so many fake excuses. I had warranty before only 4 days mac. But they lier of back to school. It going take up to 10 business day.
