expensive and waiting going on 3 weeks now for my glasses
i live out of town.. was told same day..then 2 weeks.. now a month.. no glasses..but paid 300$.. don't go here

Went in today to order contacts (been doing so for almost 3 yrs) was told given the circumstances shipping might take longer than usual. Told them I’m a local hospital icu nurse and asked if I could get a few trial pairs to make sure I had enough til my new contacts came in as glasses don’t perform well under PPE A lot of local businesses are doing what they can to help the local medical staff, NOT this store. They denied me the few trial pairs I asked for.

Love them! Everyone is always so kind! Not just trying to get you to spend a ton of money.
I've been coming here for three years. One may considerate it rude, or unfair to others, but I never make an appointment. I usually just walk through the door, get seen, and go my way. I've never had a problem with the staff in the optometry office or the "retail side". As long as they don't change, I won't change where I go.
