NICEST, BEST EXPERIENCE at an eye exam place ever. I didn’t know that eye exam places could be so fun and comfortable! These ladies made me feel like I was at a yoga spa or something. They explained in depth, they made sure I got what I really wanted, and they were patient with me taking 4ever to choose my frames. I never felt rushed, I felt at home. A+++
Dr. Nelson is so nice.. all of the ladies in the are really nice. I see them once or twice a year and they always remember me..
I've been a long-time patient LensCrafters because I love the doctors so much. I have no contacts and no glasses to get through the weekend and the staff would not even consider getting me a pair of Temporaries until they can order me some so therefore I'm going all weekend without anything for my eyesight. I'm done, I'm not going there ever again.
