I was very disappointed with my service. I purchased some prescription shades and ever since I've been wearing the glasses, I've been having headaches on and off. I went in yesterday and my time wasn't respected. I was there for well over an hour. I was asked the same questions several times and they needed the glasses that I had purchased from another eye glass place. I should have stuck to where I've been going. I'm so disappointed and I believe that this prescription is a wash, I may have to start all over somewhere else
I was having hard time placing an order but a girl helped me ... Definitely great customer service ! I don't remember the girl's name but i think it starts with J or G .
