Used to love the Bangor store and always had great service. However, all the staff are gone and replaced with incompetent 3rd rate help. The new manager is the worst. He smells like cigarettes, always is sick and hacking up a lung all over you while you sit around waiting for his slow service. Also, he is very opinionated politically and his lack of support for our POTUS is very off putting. He shouldn't be bringing his political believes to work! I ordered a pair of sunglasses from the Bangor mall Ellsworth Maine LensCrafters. They promised the lenses would come in the same color as in store. They arrived a completely different color. So we ordered a new pair of different sunglasses as we were told they were wrong and they could not get the correct color in (this took a month, we live an 1.5 hours away, so 3 hours round trip, 2 visits in) They called to say my new sunglasses were in and could mail them.
