Will NOT be back. Drove all the way to Janesville for a 5 pm eye appointment to be told that my appointment was cancelled. And, no they did NOT call me even though they tried to tell me they called. Unprofessional w/a capital U!😡😡

Don’t waste your time. My experience with the the doctor was good. He did what I expected. He was thorough and professional. However It’s been a month since my exam and my trial contacts have still not come in. Every time I call i get attitude, and a promise to call when the arrive. I know things take time to come in and LensCrafters is not Amazon, but come on. I ordered 2 pair of glasses at $970 on March 11. On March 20 the first pair came in(sun glasses). I asked when the second pair would be available, and was told they were not scheduled to be made until March 25. I phoned on March 28 to check the status and told they were not even ordered until March 19...A week after they took my money. The second pair finally arrived on April 2. Made my appointment and verified my insurance on their website. When I arrived, they Checked my insurance card and told me it is one they can't bill. I told them I had verified it online, but they said they can't take it. WTH? They should not offer the option to verify if it's not 100% correct. I wasted my time driving there in crappy weather just to be turned away. They didn't seem to care that they missed out on a sale. Poor customer service.
