Very unprofessional on contact lens side. Needs to train associates on how to deal with customer's grievances without taking them extremely personal to the point where they are cutting the person off when they are talking, and giving attitude to customers when the doctor is away. I love the glasses side, but its not enough to go back with my family of 6. One apple named, Amanda, has spoiled the entire bunch.
The selection on brand name frames is great. The staff is amazing at the Schererville location. They are helpful, fast, and makes you feel very comfortable . I am so satisfied everytime I come to this place. I must say that Amanda from the doctors office is the most fabulous and greatest person ever. I love when a person goes above and beyond in customer service, and Amanda did that.🥰😉
Very friendly and professional location. I just got my Tiffany's glasses fixed here and also bought a new pair of glasses as well. Wide variety of brands. I would recommend this location for sure.
