Doctor was knowledge about my rare eye condition
Lost my glasses in the ocean and wasn’t able to drive back home (Gainesville). They took my prescription and had a pair ready in an hour for less than $100. Mike (who talked with my wife on the phone and helped me in the store) was awesome! Could not have been a better experience!
Dr Thiele has always been thorough and takes his time. The lady at the desk (Brittany I believe) needs to find a new job. After 2 attempts to explain they accept my insurance she was proven wrong and now I'm just done. Doctors are great but not worth the uninformative bitch who should take time to be customer service friendly 🤔
I went in this morning with glasses that needed repair. Since holes are drilled in the lenses it seemed probable to me a new frame and everything else would be needed. The lab manager spent about 5 minutes, if that, to repair to my complete surprise. Then, when I asked, there was no charge. Every employee that I saw made sure that I was taken care of. An unaffiliated place told me they have the only lab in St. Augustine. What a relief, and thank you, Lenscrafters!
Walked out of this place today after overhearing the night mare that 2 young ladies were having! I thought I would save myself the same issues! DO NOT GO HERE!!! AWFUL! JUST AWFUL!!!
Not even worthy of the 1 star but had to give a star to review. This place is a JOKE!! Went for an eye exam and contacts and went back 3 times because they could not get the prescription right. Finally gave up and they told me to go somewhere else and bring contacts back and they would exchange for the right prescription. Well, today I went to do the exchange and they refused. So, I paid 500.00 for nothing and had to go to another place and pay for yet another exam and contacts which, by the way, are perfect and one the firs... read more
