Came in for an exam. Since I was coming in with my 9 mo old, I made a Point to make an appointment to make sure the wait time was kept to minimum. It's been now an hour and 40 minutes and I've yet to see a doctor. Now I hv a fussy baby and our schedule shot for the rest of the day. Staff is polite but come on, had I know and I'd be here all morning I would have not bothered.
I took the time to make an appointment. I made sure I showed up early to fill out paperwork and left plenty of time for you to put it in the computer and check my insurance before my scheduled appointment. You still left me waiting for half an hour. Its like you think your time is more valuable than mine. Its not. Lots to do on my one day off, sitting here ignored isn't on my list of things to do.
