Walked in as a referral and Leslie was a great help had me in and out with my sunglasses back to normal.
I had an outstanding experience at LensCrafters thanks to their exceptional Lab Manager, Zack! He went above and beyond to help me with an issue that had been causing headaches and eye strain. Two other associates were also exceptional, but Zack was patient, engaged, and truly knowledgeable. He took the time to listen, found the root of the problem, and even started the process for the fix before I came back to the store! I felt genuinely cared for—and he even remembered my name! WOW.
