Waited on my boyfriend to get out of his appointment for TWO HOURS because they were running behind! Terrible service!
glasses no longer made on site....the lab they send them off too set back a broken pair of glasses and no offer to expedite...more like a flat out refusal to do anything to make this right as quickly as possible.
