I paid almost $200 for my glasses right before covid 19. SPEND THE $5-$10 TO MAIL THEM TO ME!!!! Geez. I need them!!!! I can't even leave a message!!!!

I really don't like the glasses I bought there. I've never had to clean glasses every 5 minutes before in my life! I've had these for a couple of months now and half the time I keep pushing them up to read and lowering them to drive. Uuuuggghhh!! Had them adjusted once but still no good!
Originally the optician ordered the incorrect prescription by + instead of -. So the glasses had to be returned to lab. Only after checking if glasses had come back in. I was told don't know where they are. Was told they were really busy. When I wanted to cancel the order because they were too busy to help was given money for inconvenience. You would think if they made the error when placing order they would have tried to correct by following through after returning. Not going BACK!!
