Long and short: Communication was awful. Price is absurd I had to return 3 times to the store to get my new glasses prescription, and it takes me 30 minutes to get there plus 10 minutes every time to park at the Avalon. Employees don’t care. First time I came in, all they had “in stock” was the most expensive, most advanced glasses technology for something like 700. Well, it turns out they have to order them anyway... so why she was trying to sell me that is beyond me. It was an extra 200 dollars to get them in 2 days... no ... read more
Anti-reflection coating was recommended by the optometrist but it wasn't included!!! I ended up with a very expensive pair of eyeglasses without AR coating!!!
Great selection with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. I always use lenscrafters for all my eyewear needs
