RecommendedMy daughter broke her frames and the lab manager was amazing suggesting getting the same brand of frames (even a new color) and just changing out her lens so she could have her new glasses in ten minutes. She was so happy and we didn't have to come back in two weeks to pick up new glasses!!

Recommendedi have had the same eye dr for 14 years. since he was swamped i made an appt here after being recommended from a friend, thinking itd be a one time thing.. this was hands down the best eye exam ive had. she took her time, even after my contacts were in, to double check and make adjustments. the glasses section was busy but the girls were very friendly. will definitely be making this my new eye place.
I set an appointment for my 11 year old, autistic son. Hoping this wouldn't be another bad experience. The people were awesome! They helped talk him through everything, and explained what they were doing, and what was going to happen. They were all very patient and kind to him, even though I'm sure he left a fingerprint on every piece of glass in the store. They helped make sure that everything went smoothly, which is saying something with a hyper, autistic boy involved. These guys rock!
Lori is absolutely hands down the best employee there. Very knowledgable at what she does. Customer service was great! I will return to the Joplin store.
