I arrived 5 minutes early to my appointment. I was instructed by an employee to sit and wait to be checked in for my appointment. I waited 25 minutes —until a gentleman walked right in and proceeded to get checked in immediately. When I told the employee that I had been sitting there, waiting to get checked in for my appointment, she agreed to check me in-but then told me to go back out and wait for the doctor..and then checked in the gentleman, who arrived 25 minutes after me, and let him go right in to see the doctor ahead... read more
I purchased glasses and within 3 weeks a sress crack appeared on the lens. The sales clerk was sarcastic with me, she said they couldn't be returned. I then found out there is NO WAY TO TALK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE OTHER THAN THE SNARKY CLERK AT THE STORE. So next is a claim with the BBB. Lenscrafters- when a sress crack happens you make it right. the way you've handled this is disgusting.
RecommendedThey take the time to fit the glasses properly. No problem bringing them back for free djustments. Very knowledgeable and experienced staff.
I ordered my new glasses and wore them for about a week but had to return them, they hurt my ears, I went in and they tried to adjust them to make more comfortable. Nothing helped, I picked out new frames and they took care of that for me. I received my new glasses and they are wonderful 👍🏻 🤓

The Assistant Mgr Rachel is Excellent what she does. Make you feel comfort table Great to deal with.
Awful. Wouldn’t give me my Pupillary distance over the phone so I had to go in. When I got there it wasn’t in their computer because they upgraded software 18 months ago. I will never go back to the doctors or for glasses.
