On January 13, 2018, my wife and I went to the Lenscrafters at the Avenue East Cobb in Marietta Georgia for our annual eye exams. Following the exams my wife elected to have new lenses placed in her Chopard (Sku #VCH 097 55 16 0743 1400) frames valued at US $494.95. Stay away!!! This is the worst place to get a pair of glasses made or to have an eye exam done. With very few exceptions, everyone in this building is either rude, incompetent, unprofessional, or dishonest. Nobody in the doctors office will give a damn whether or not you are satisfied with your experience there, as long as they get your money. They deal with too many other patients to care. The condescending sales people in the Lenscrafters store will rush you into a sale and then the lab people will mess up your glasses wit... read more
