I just had to put a review in for Dr. Roshni Patel because of my lens fitting experience alone. - I mentioned I was satisfied with my existing lenses (using for 5+ years), she checked and recommended to try a different brand for a better fit....which changed how I felt about contact lenses. I want to wear lenses more after she fitted me with the alternative. She also provided excellent patient care by addressing my concerns and making sure I was comfortable during the examinations.
I use to love this place. The front dest staff use to be so great to work with. I came in because my glasses needed to be tightened and the lady looked so annoyed. I was asking questions about new frames and lenses because I haven't been able to find any glasses I like as much as the ones I got from them a year or so ago. She had such an attitude and rolled her eyes when I asked if she could look up my account. I don't have insurance and was planning on buying them out of pocket, but her attitude just made me walk out.
Stopped in today to see if my glasses could be straightened after I had a minor accident bending the nose piece. Victoria was able to help me and straightened them. I can't begin to say how happy I was. Thanks Victoria!
