I have purchased both glasses and lenses through this location before, but after my last experience, I will not be returning. The customer service from the manager down was truly unacceptable. Very disappointing.
The associate that assist me was wonderful. If you need any help ask for Dania she was amazing. She also volunteer to fix my glasses that were broken. Love her ❤️ 💕 amazing customer service
I just had to put a review in for Dr. Roshni Patel because of my lens fitting experience alone. - I mentioned I was satisfied with my existing lenses (using for 5+ years), she checked and recommended to try a different brand for a better fit....which changed how I felt about contact lenses. I want to wear lenses more after she fitted me with the alternative. She also provided excellent patient care by addressing my concerns and making sure I was comfortable during the examinations.
