We were there today for both kids' eye exams. Ky had been there before & today, she checked out fine again. Today was Gavin's first time there & he LOVED it! He had to get his eyes dilated & do the tests twice, but he was a trooper! And the staff that worked with him were wonderful - Jeff & Dr. Bailey were great in making him laugh & feel comfortable! My glasses irreparably broke on Christmas night and, even though I'm a Lenscrafters patient, my husband wanted me to try the place that advertises 2 pairs for $69.95 to hopefully save some money. I made an online appointment and arrived early only to be told that I didn't have a proper insurance card (I did), they couldn't verify my benefits (I had already verified online and told them so), and I would have to pay the entire amount upfront and collect from my insurance myself. I showed up as a walkin with a pair of useless glasses in hand. They got me right in for an exam and helped me find a frame within my budget. Very kind. Very understanding!!!
A great experience today! Lens Crafters is up to date with technology! Dr. Bailey was so nice, helpful and professional. Kayla was so patient and helpful while I decided what I wanted. I will be going back for my next eye exam.
Dr Bellenbaum wasn't to bad for an older guy. Dr. Bailey is definitely better looking.
