I have never felt so poorly taken care of from any company to sit here and complain on all forms of social media, but I feel it's pretty ridiculous. I have been trying to get ahold of a contact RX for a whole month now. The only way they are making RX's available is by taking a "survey monkey" with your info and hope that you get a response. I'm very upset with this place. I spent over $500 for glasses and bought the insurance. They Assured me that I can get insurance in case lost or stolen. Well I had a bad accident and I come back to report. And they told me that my insurance is not good for anything. They will give you wrong information and you will overspend. Everyone is stuck up and rude. When I went in to get my eyes checked they didn't even do the contacts size. So I lost my glasses and I can't get contacts cause they are lazy.
