Dr. Mina Han is a wonderful eye doctor she told me my eyes are all scratched up from my allergies and that I have mono vision and don’t even need contacts according to vision works theychanged my prescription twice in 2 years so they could sell me their contacts . Everyone at lenscrafters in totawa was so nice and helpful. The doctor gave me lubricant eye drops which took care of my itching dry eyes. She gave it to me without charging me. Beware of LensCrafters ripoff. I recently purchased new glasses and frames in April and sunglasses in July with scratch resistant lens (supposedly). Found a scratch on one lens of my regular glasses a few days ago and went to get a replacement lens today. The ripoff is they wanted to charge you for 2 lenses and the total cost is the same as buying new glasses and lenses - well over $400. They stated that this is company policy. Lost my glasses last night. Was in there with no appointment at 3:50pm this afternoon. By 5:40 I walked out the door with a brand new pair of glasses and a full eye exam. Thank you very much for your help!
Disgusting attempt to price gouge. Ran out of contacts on a day when the eye doctor I usually go to is closed. Thought for a moment they'd be honest here, clearly mistaken. They wouldn't even give me a sample to hold me through for a day or two.
