Today I lost 25 minutes of my life I can not get back. My appointment was scheduled to determine/test my current frames were strong enough for new lens. Did this happen? NO! All he did was tell me how much new lens will cost, which $80 more expensive than my last appointment. I am beyond upset and it the biggest waste of my time today. The lady at the counter as much as said I was lying when I said I received my Ray-Ban glasses at the Peoria store in an hour. Not only insinuated I was lying but did it with attitude! No thank you Lenscrafters! To drive here from Peoria to get same day glasses because corporate didn't have the common sense to keep Peoria open while they were remodeling and then being mistreated should be an indictment of what's wrong with businesses that THINK they are too big to fail.
