Called to schedule an exam for my wife, who had an exam and got glasses at this location last year. The staff member told me that they would schedule an exam but wouldn't accept her as a new contact lens patient. I was told that was because a new contact lens exam takes an extra 5 minutes. So, this office is happy to take the money for the exam but isn't willing to spend an extra 5 minutes for contacts, which I probably would have bought there? Great way to lose my family as customers.

I’ve been coming here the last 5 year’s never had a problem with my vision and always found a nice pair of eyeglasses and sunglasses 🕶 people were very nice and attentive. I did a walk in so I had to wait a little bit. I’ll definitely be back 😎
Optometrist said I had 20/20 vision with my current script, gave me a different set of lenses and they were completely wrong... I just want my old lenses back in my frames :(
I am so sorry to say this, but...the optometrist MISDIAGNOSED the health of my eyes! I will NEVER come back to this store!
