Very frustrating experience. I went for a contact fitting and the experience was very disorganized. The doctor didn’t document electronically any of my records from the initial visit and didn’t order the appropriate trial lens at follow up. It was so disorganized I spent over an hour and a half at the visit being seen at the same time as another person and the doctor was all over the place and didn’t sit down and help when I continually said one lens wasn’t working well. One star as I had to provide one to give a review, I got my eyes tested a month ago waiting, waiting on my glasses called them today and glasses have been there over three weeks, they said they texted me, I never received it, why wouldn’t they call a customer when the product has arrived, shows all they care about the customer never ever again
Shy was very easy going and receptive to any questions I had. She was also very patient with picking out my glasses for me (I almost tried out the whole store ngl lol). I truly appreciate her hospitality and she is definitely a star player for this store. I think she said in passing that she was new too. She is amazing and is only going to grow and be even better with her amazing customer service skills. Shout out to Shy!! She deserves a raise or a promotion or something I dunno
