I particularly like the two women in this store that I have worked with over the last couple of years, but I only know the name on one…Jaculine, she was wonderful!
My wife showed up TWiCE for scheduled eye exam and wasn’t able to be seen. These people have no respect for customers.
Update - they have me listed as "No Show" so I can't reschedule online. TERRIBLE SERVICE. had a scheduled eye exam appointment at 11 AM. I got there on time and waited 20 minutes without being seen. When I asked how late things were running the person had no answer. I left and will reschedule with a different store.
