My experience with Natalie at LensCrafts was very good. She helped and took her time explaining my insurance benefits, as well which progressive glasses worked best for me.
I am pleased with my reading glasses, but disappointed that I was charged more for lenses only (I brought my old frames) than for a new pair of progressive glasses frames, and lenses. I feel I should have been advised about the Great Value Package or other promotions. I would have returned them but I didn’t want to wait for another pair to be made.
