Customer service via Live Chat and email never available. Live chat ends conversation with first message you send and email never allows you to submit as the “what is your issue” box does not take response. Great way to refuse customer service so you can not cancel or change an order.

Super great staff at this location, every visit is always warmly welcomed and they do everything they can and go out of their way to help find the perfect pair for each of your needs. Super thorough and explain everything very well. I’ve brought all of my family to this location for our eyewear needs and they’ve been incredibly helpful to my family members of all different ages. Best location in Westchester County by far.
I never leave reviews but I had a truly awful experience. I waited over an hour after my scheduled appointment and the doctor did not take anytime to answer my questions. My eye exam was rushed and as a result done incorrectly -- I received an exam at Warby Parker with a very different prescription a week later. They also overcharged my based on my insurance policy and were incredibly rude. Very disheartening because have had a positive experience here in the past
