If I could give zero or 1/2 star I would. Told me they took my insurance-failed to mention they were out-of-network until I questioned costs at order time.
Amazing service and quick turn-around. Thank you Karl Freeman and crew. My frames that I've been wearing for years broke and I came in just before closing yesterday to pick out new frames and have prescription filled. I have a very unusual prescription so my lenses needed to be ordered so they made temp lenses for me in house and I picked them up this morning.
