Just had the worst experience at LensCrafters in glendale galleria. I've been a customer for over 4 years and because of the quality with the progressive lenses and flaws at this location, was told they will not fix the new lenses they just replaced even though we found a thin line in the lens that is a mistake. My son is autistic and will not wear lenses with obvious scratches and or flaws and was bothered by this. They Told me I could go elsewhere and refund my money leaving my 12 year old autistic son without glasses to w... read more
