Arrived T 10:55 for an 11:00 appointment. The receptionists a young man walked at 11:10. The young lady who does the preliminary pictures of your eyes etc. was professional and quite pleasant. After she finished, I waited for 35 minutes for the doctor. I asked the receptionist about the wait and he advised that the eye doctor was running late. Well who was going to tell me that?
