The ladies that work there are incredibly unprofessional and extremely rude. They will continue to lose business with employees like that. if you want a family friendly eye doctor this is not the place to go
Begin actually caring for the patients well being. They canceled my appointment and suggested I go to another Doctor ( I have no way to get there in another town) because I cannot wear a mask because Im unable to breathe. Im more at risk of THEM giving me covid 19 than vice versa and its an automatic death sentence for me if I were to get it. They only care about themselves. RecommendedAndrew was the epitome of exceptional service. The doc was kind and patient. I have never had anything less than an excellent customer service experience at FW branch.

I have always had great service with the team at Federal Way Lenscrafters. I was able to get new glasses, new sunglasses, an eye exam, and a year's worth of contacts for just a little over a grand. Sure, this is not the least expensive place to go, but you do get what you pay for. Reality is the good frames and lenses are not cheap and Lencrafters is in line with most good lense places. THIS IS THE WORSE EYE PLACE I’VE EVER BEEN TO, I HAVE GREAT INSURANCE AND THE PERSON HELPING ME KEPT COMING UP THIS OUT RAGEGOUS OUT OF POCKET COST, I CALLED MY INSURANCE THE NEXT DAY AND THEY SAID THERE SHOULDNT OF BEEN NO OUT OF POCKET COST
